We begin with a Mysore-style practice, followed by a backbending workshop that explores the spine as the energetic and structural center of the body. After a shared lunch break, I will offer a philosophical talk to nourish your mind as your body rests and digests. The day concludes with an Asana Clinic that builds on the earlier session, offering detailed refinement and anatomical insight into the postures.
