Support and guidance
There are questions that don't originate with us, but live within us. Symptoms, emotions, or patterns that repeat themselves like ancient echoes of a "self" we are not. The transgenerational approach invites us to examine the roots of our family history with respect, curiosity, and a desire to understand.
It's a path of return. To what we were, to what we inherited, to what we chose to let go of. To stop carrying what isn't ours and make room for what is: our life, with greater clarity, here and now. We always start from a present concern, and from there we begin a process of inquiry to shed light on the memories that inhabit us.
Sessions are online, last one hour, and are held every 15 to 21 days. The minimum commitment is six sessions.
Because to welcome life, it is also necessary to honor the one who sustains it. I guide you through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and grieving processes with a deep, loving, and nonjudgmental listening.
My role as a doula focuses on offering information, resources, and support so that the pregnant person—and those around them—can navigate this process with confidence, calm, and connection. I am present when someone dreams of carrying a baby and wants to prepare their body to receive. During pregnancy, I cultivate security and clarity to navigate labor with serenity. I also do so in the aftermath: when the body reconfigures, the world becomes new, and identity transforms.
These instances can be explored within the practice of yoga or in individual or couples sessions, integrating tools from yoga, tantra, and a transgenerational perspective.
Each process is unique, and each encounter is born from the unique pulse of the person who experiences it. In each encounter, body and mind weave a space where the ancestral, the emotional, and the lived experience can surface with respect and presence. This journey invites us to recognize the traces that inhabit us, to name what has been silenced, and to restore links with our history. When the inner territory becomes safe, it is possible to embody a new way of being: more rooted, more conscious, more free.
