About me
I have a curious nature, and I believe that this very thing led me, from a very young age, to question everything: myself and the reality around me. This impulse led me first to a deep dissatisfaction, and then to a path of searching that began with my first yoga class more than nineteen years ago, and that continues to this day.
Over time, my sustained practice awakened in me a desire to more deeply understand the philosophy behind Yoga. This curiosity also led me to explore other languages of body and movement, such as dance, anatomy, Ayurveda, and Chinese medicine.
I traveled to India seven times, where I practiced with Sharath Jois, a master of the Ashtanga Yoga lineage, who granted me Level II authorization to teach in 2018. Beyond my practice, India offered me a different way of perceiving the world: it opened my eyes to recognize the divine in the everyday.
Over the years, new life challenges led me to explore the transpersonal. That's how I came to therapy, family tree studies, and birth counseling. I sought to understand my own origins, and ended up learning to accompany others in theirs.
Today, I am driven by a deep desire to accompany others in their own transformation processes. I teach in-person Ashtanga Yoga classes in Palma de Mallorca, in addition to maintaining an online support space and offering workshops in various cities in Europe and Latin America. I also offer mentoring, transgenerational therapy, and doula support.
Tantra has nourished my approach to accompanying with a perspective that values the pleasure of fully inhabiting oneself. There's something in the interplay of spontaneous movement, the power of emotions, and the weight of words that defines my role as a facilitator. I'm interested in perceiving others through their presence, detecting patterns, and offering tools to help them recognize them as well.
For me, accompanying is a way of building community. Of fostering individual awareness and, with it, the real possibility of a more humane world.
My values
PRESENCE: Living in the moment with attention is the basis of all transformation.
SEARCH: The driving force is the question. Study, observe, go inward.
EMPATHY: Sustain the rhythms of others with listening, care, and respect.
AUTHENTICITY: Being with the other spontaneously, without forcing or pretending.
TRANSFORMATION: Accompanying what moves, what emerges, what calls for change.
COMMUNITY: Weaving conscious connections is sowing a more humane world.
